Become a Vendor
Applications for the 2025-26 Farmers’ Market season are due by noon on March 1, 2025. The new season runs from May 2025 through April 2026, with options for Saturday Markets and the Summer Tuesday Markets.
If you are interested in being a vendor, please review the Market rules and call Market Manager Alex Webster 607/547-6195 or email with any questions. The Vendor Selection Committee, made up of current vendors, the Market Manager, and a representative of Otsego 2000, will review all applications.
We look forward to another great season at the Market showcasing the region’s bounty as well as artisan crafts, home goods, and specialty foods.

Application Process
Each year all returning vendors and new applicants must submit an application and all necessary related materials. Once submitted, the applications are reviewed for completeness of information. All complete applications will then be referred to the Vendor Selection Committee for review and to identify and resolve any product saturation considerations. All new applicants and new products will be juried to ensure high quality and product diversity in the market. All business information will be kept confidential. The committee is made up of six full-time vendors, the market manager, and a representative of the Otsego 2000 board.
