Dr. Cindy Falk, professor of material culture at the Cooperstown Graduate Program, will answer questions about a building’s age, style and context. She will also have resources to find out more information. Ellen Pope of Otsego 2000 will be on hand to answer questions about New York State Tax Credits available for people who own historic homes or barns.
