New York State Energy Plan panel

In October, the Friends of the Village Library of Cooperstown and Otsego 2000 hosted a panel discussion, moderated by Otsego 2000 board member Daniel Sullivan, on New York State's new Energy Plan (also known as CLCPA). Over 75 people attended and asked many good questions.
